It was fine. I cooked, Aaron helped. My mom came over. It was quiet.

It was fine, my MIL cooked which means there is a 50/50 shot it will taste bad, but she did good this year. Then the next day we had an electrical fire so back to her house we went, she enjoys having everyone around.

We went over to MIL's as usual..it was nice. She cooked, I never have to bring a thing. My mother was here and she did take over a sweet potato cassarole and broccoli and rice. There were 18 of us I think!
Mom to a half dozen
Girls: 19 with Down syndrome, 4, 3
Boys: 12, 8, 6
Homeschooling, frugal, finally not CDing, college student, co-op teacher, open minded, passionate momma who has been married to the love of my life for almost 20 years!!

We stayed home, I cooked, only had 11 this year. It was great, no big fights or meltdowns! Yeah, us!
No excitement, burnt my finger on the gravy...
