how often do you have at least one laundry basket full of clean clothes waiting to be folded?

Every day.

As a matter of fact I just took a load of darks out of the dryer and they are happily sitting in the basket until morning.

Most of the time. If dh is home while I'm doing laundry, I try to take advantage of the fact that he can watch the dc while I fold so I try to get it all done, folded and put away, because I know if I don't, it will sit.

Every day for sure. I only fold laundry ever 2-3 days.
Folding is not the part that I dislike about laundry though. We have 1st floor laundry, but I still dread carrying it up the one flight of stairs to the bedrooms. Still waiting on that escalator.

Not that we haven't had 3 or more baskets around, but I really try to keep on top of it--so usually there is only one basket waiting at most. I have folding as a child's daily chore. I usually wash 1-3 loads a day to keep up and make the child fold one. Depending on my energy level (as I am on bed rest) I will fold one or two myself. We have cubbies that we put the clean clothes in and have the kids empty their clean clothes "cubby" before bed. That usually helps keep things moving...

Always! Right now my parents are staying with us while they find a new house so we have 6 kids and 4 adults. We gave them our master suite so we don't even have a closet for our clothes and are living out of baskets!

these days.....never! i do laundry once a week and fold each and every load as it comes out of the dryer. then it gets put away. but back im the day when i did several loads a day, i still didn't have any sitting around waiting for folding. i have always done iot immediately as it comes out. that's how i was taught.

Never. I have baskets of folded laundry that need to be put away though. I just always immediately fold laundry. Apparently I have one, very very small neatnick tendency. Yay!!
