Ouch! That sounds really painful. I hope your muscles begin to relax soon and Gavin starts to feel better.

It has been a rough 1 and a half weeks. A couple Wednesdays ago I woke up and could hardly move my neck, I went to the er on Thursday evening and they said it was a muscle spasm and they prescribed Vicodin and flexerol. I went to the Chiropractor on Friday and they tried to crack my neck but my neck won't move enough for them to adjust it, they said they could feel a knot in my neck. I went back on Monday and they still couldn't do anything. The pain got really bad that night so I went back to the er, and they still say it is just a bad muscle spasm, and prescribed percocet to take instead of Vicodin. And sugested I see a physical therapist, problem is I don't have health insurance and i don't have enough money to go see one. The chiropractor is free because of how little we make, they work on a sliding scale. Haven't been able to find a physical therapist that works on a sliding scale. Then on Thursday I had to take Gavin to the er, he had croup, I had to hold him down so they could give him a breathing treatment and a steroid, which did not help my neck at all, I woke yesterday to alot of pain. I really don't know what to do, I have never had a muscle spasm last this long before.

OH man, I can relate to the holding down thing, that could not have felt good at all. I hope it heals soon!
