I wanted 8. Everything went great with the first 3. Then, I had a complete previa with the 4th that ended up an emergency c section. I had a repeat section with my 5th, who was born with a complex congenital heart defect. He's wonderful now, but had open heart at 5 months old. Number 6 kind of snuck up on me. I'm thinking that this is it. Dh has mentioned the V word.

Well, when we were married, we wanted two. So we had our first, then I got pregnant for our second, which turned out to be twins, so then we had three. But I guess I lost a few brain neurons somewhere and decided I wanted one more. So now we have 4.

Well, now I'm pregnant a third time since our 4th trying to have our 5th child.

Can it be said that having kids is like eating Lay's potato chips, you can't have just one??? or even a few?

Well, it can for us...I guess. But 5 kids is where we're stopping. For sure.

I always wanted four. Now I'm pregnant with #5. I wouldn't mind one more but after that no more kids!

My heart wants 4. My wallet says 2. My compromise is probably 3.

Time will tell!

I have always wanted a large family. I had no idea I would meet a man who would also want a large family. When people ask how many we want to have, I say as many as God gives us, my husband's standard answer is 6 or 8.

We will be adopting as well, you never know if suddenly you might stop being fertile, you know? I want to bear several more children, but we have our hearts set on adopting domestically and internationally. Next child will be through adoption, and probably from China, a toddler/preschool girl.

So far, my children are all 2 yrs 11 months apart!

Thank you BAM for my signature!!
