Curry Tofu Vegi Fried Rice

1 small pkg (8oz) of frozen (quick fix) peas and carrots

Tofu - cubed (I used about 1/2 a package)

1 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 tablespoon tamari (soy) sauce

In seseme seed oil heat curry, and garlic powders, basil and black pepper to just a sizzle -DO NOT SCORTCH! Add chopped onions (garlic if you are using fresh cloves)& cubbed tofu. Stir fry until browned and add cooked cold rice. Continue to stir fry rice mixture until completely coated and golden brown (approx.15-20). Add frozen peas & carrots, tamari. Salt to taste
