ok, our vegan friend who is super lactose sensitive is visiting next month around halloween and i wanted to surprise him with a delicious dessert of some sort that he's not used to eating anymore because of his sensitivities...

have any of you come across a vegan version of something delicious that didn't even make you miss the original?

any suggestions welcome, doesn't have to be fancy!

thanks!

Check out this blog. I have loved everything I've made of hers. You do have to check out the sizes of the recipes, though. She cooks for just herself and makes a lot of single serving things, I usually double everything I make.

The flour-less chocolate chip cookies and fudge pie are awesome!

I just made a super moist prune chocolate (with carob, which I normally I'm not a fan of) brownie.
