what do you typically prepare as part of your vegetarian feast?

any dishes you do traditionally?

what do you/will you be doing as your main course?

what about dessert?

i'm a sucker for the green bean casserole, but i do it from scratch. got a new recipe that has shallots this year and i'm going to give it a go.
for the last few years i've done a quorn roast with sage, but i'm not sure if i'm going that route this year.
i always do the basic pumpkin pie, but this year i saw a recipe for a sweet potato cake with chocolate that looks really interesting, so that's what i'll be doing.
