I made baked oatmeal for the first time, OMG, yummy! I kinda made my own recipe up, this is what i did:

Mix together and put in an 8x8 dish: 2 cups old fashioned oats, 1tbs corn starch, 2tsp cinnamon, pinch of nutmeg, 1/2 tbs baking pwder, 2 tbs agave, 2 cups soy milk, 1 cup sliced strawberries, 1 large banana sliced thin, 1/4 cup choc chips. Baked for 25-30 minutes in the oven, YUM!!!!!!!!!
