I have a handful of almonds every day, im addicted to them.

I also like hommus and some crackers, yoghurt (depending on whether you eat dairy or not, but that said I have tried a few yummy soy ones) dried fruit.

Sometimes I make homemade muesli bars.

that's a tough one....lowfat yogurt. but if you want something not sweet, probably some seed cracker. i love dr. kracker crackers with raw honey...but you're vegan. i wonder if you eat honey.

i am vegan for health reasons (vegetarian for moral reasons, if that makes sense?) so honey is ok. I had some yummy non dairy yogurt, i can just look into that. nuts are good too, but not always filling enough.

Roasted chickpeas! The girls and I love them. We eat them all the time with a variety of spices. They are best right out of the oven, but aren't bad cooled down either.
