I just recently became very ill...I was very fatigue.I was sick for days and still don't feel well.for the people who have not been vegan all there life when you started did you become real sick for awhile then your body was ok or what? I ate meat the other day when I didn't want to because I am afraid I'm making myself sick. Any ideas? don't get me wrong I know it could be anything but I am just so hungry wondering if I am lacking something any meal ideas that would give me a health boost?

It could have been anything, not just your diet. A virus maybe?

Are you getting enough protein? Lentils, legumes, soy, leafy greens? You need 2-3 servings a day.

You also shouldn't be hungry all the time , (if I understood correctly from your post) you need to eat more.

Have you seen the vegan food pyramid? It's a good rough guide

You said in your other thread you also have eggs and cheese? Is that still the case? If so, they are also high in protein

I know theres some nasty viruses out there right now. So really, its hard to say what it was... but you definitely need to eat more if you are feeling hungry all the time, and just follow the guide up there. As for illness, drink tons of water and rest.
