Do you cook and eat millet? How do you prepare it? I always prefer quinoa, but DD eats millet at school and always asks for it. I made her millet cauliflower patties the other night, but looking for other ideas.

Cauliflower millet patties:

in a big pot-- 1 diced sweet onion, 1 med head cauliflower chopped, 2 cups millet, 5 cups water. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer 20-30 minutes. Puree and make patties and bake in the oven or pan fry. Serve with tofu sour cream on side. I brush the pan with sesame oil and salt the mixture while pureeing.
