Anything exciting? This weekend I made refried beans and corn tortillas. I am going to make a thai curry with lentils, sweet potatoes, and cabbage tonight. Otherwise I have no idea. Oh we also made gluten free vegan cake pops with DD this weekend, too yummy!

I have no idea. I tried making an awesome quinoa mac n cheese casserole last night, with broccoli, tomato, onion and daiya cheese with GF breadcrumbs... Buut, 2mins before it was done cooking in the oven, I realized my soy milk had chunks in it. It had gone bad Ugh!!

I'm browsing your pinterest account right now for lunch ideas lol

let me know what you make rotten soy milk is gross, i find almond milk goes bad pretty fast. DD wanted a tofu cheeze lasagna last night and gobbled it up, even with gluten free lasagna noodles!
