hello ladies! i have been a cooking machine today i made vegan mac and cheese recipe | Pamela Salzman & Recipes for DD and the sauce was so good, i put some on tortilla chips I could have eaten it ALL! I made the spaghetti squash lasagna from fat free vegan's blog last week and it was awesome, totally exceeded expectations. I also made a loaf of gluten free bread in the bread machine and it was good too!

Munchin' Mochi: Vegan Gluten Free (And Healthy) Bread for the Bread Machine

I used xantham gum instead of guar gum because that was all i had on hand. When i pulled it out and sliced it in half, it appeared to be undercooked, but sitting on the counter for about 30 minutes it was fine.
