Do you pass on vegetarian hobby to your kids?

My husband is not vegetarian. So whatever we eat (although I'd prepare some meat dishes), I just have my own plate, and let him have his.

But what about children?
Do you 'educate' them or convince them to the same vegetarian hobby?
Does husband agree?

We are not strict vegetarian, but do educate our kids, and they much prefer our home diet to the meat based one we used to have, itís hard to get them to finish roasts, bakes, and burgers, but they love the bean varieties and canít get enough of asparagus and broccoli!
