After Baby Andrei was taken to ER for a fever an intern who apparantly took issue with their parenting choices reported his family to the ACS and their baby was taken from them because they refused to provide him formula (he was breastfed) and iron supplements (they added naturally iron rich foods instead).

Now despite the fact they had seen a family doctor and shown his iron levels went up and his development was normal the ACS took him anyway claiming they had not followed the ER doctors prescription.

To see the whole thing follow this link, this family is in desperate need of help to get their child back. It is just unbelievable to me that a healthy baby can be taken because a doctor takes issue with your feeding choices.

Why waste a perfectly good stone on two birds, when you could throw it at one idiot?

If ignorance was bliss, you'd be having an orgasm.

The 3rd percentile is small, but some babies are just smaller. My Maxx is 2 and a half and has never gone over the 10th percentile for his weights. I cant believe a court can take a baby away this easily when these people were obviously doing everything right. There has got to be more to this story then people know.

Things like this are happening all the time. I had Ella abducted because I disagreed with the ER doctor when she was 3 1/2 weeks old and I am STILL dealing wiht CPS 17 months later.

If stuff like this is going on, then doctors obviously have way too much power. That is just so sad!!
