Did you register for two of everything?I know it sounds silly but i feel weird putting two of everything on my registry because i know how costly things can be.

Like i only put one highchair because i still have my sons, but i feel bad putting two car seats and two of each piece of clothing. What did you guys do?Did most people bring two of everything to your shower?

We bought our own car seats and cribs, so I didn't register for them. We registered for 2 high chairs, 2 bouncy seats, 2 bumbos and that may be it for doubles. We got a twin pack n play, only one swing, and one boppy. We put more of some things on our list like receiving blankets, socks, and towels. My sister has a bunch of baby stuff and I figured I can borrow hers if I need doubles of anything I don't have.

I wouldn't feel bad putting double on the list of whatever you need duplicates of. People will either buy them or not. It doesn't mean people are required to spend twice as much money.

Thank you peimum for my siggie

That's what i did to,I put alot of receiving blankets and also alot of sleepers since that's what they will mostly be in anyways in October and November.I also went through alot of burb clothes with my other kids, those things always come in handy so i put a few of them on there to.The rest just diapers wipes and the essentials i know we will use.

I put the things that I needed most on the registry. I registered at Target and Walmart and I remembered if I put it in one registry not to put it on the other. I dont think anyone would mind seeing two of the same item on your list.

I just registered for the things I thought I would need - if I thought I'd need two, I put two on there. I did not register for the following, but I got it all anyway (I figured that would be the case, which is why I left it off): receiving blankets (ended up with about 40!), clothes (tons), washcloths (tons), bibs (tons).

Because we plan to cloth diaper, I made sure that the guests knew that, so they wouldn't buy tons of disposables.
