Does anyone have single strollers in addition to the double?

I think at times it would be easier to just have two singles, one for me and one for DH. Especially if I just take one baby with me.

Or is this kinda a waste?

I have a single for my 2 yr old. I have the Britax Blink and really like it. It is much like the Maclaren, but much cheaper. I believe there are also connectors out there that with connect 2 umbrellas together.

We have 2 single strollers that were given to us the day before we foudn out we were having twins. I love having a single stroller. It's nice if we split up and each take a kid. It's also nice if I want to wear one and push one.

I frequently used a single when the twins were little, many times I'd leave the house with one just so each parent would have a little time with each twin separately. It was almost heavenly not to have to drag the double around!

I forgot that I used to put both kids in one stroller and we'd go for walks like that a lot.

For me it just wouldn't be practical...since I will have two other young children. Right now I am trying to figure out how to afford a triple or a quad stroller...or at least another double stroller.

We have a single, a double and a triplet stroller. All 3 come in handy for different situations.

I had a single stroller during the boys first year since it was easier to wear one, have one in the stroller at time. Now at two we really don't use strollers as much, although I still carry them both at the same time
