Hello and welcome! We are expecting b/g twins also, so I can understand a lot of your fears. Hopefully you have as smooth and uneventful of a pregnancy as I have had so far. Check back and keep us all updated on how you are doing

Congrats! My b/g twins were born this past November ♥ Hope everything goes smoothly for you! I delivered via scheduled c-section @ 38 weeks because baby B was breach. Otherwise, no major issues with them. I have a feeling they would have stayed in longer if my dr had let them!

Thank you .h00dihoo.this. for my awesome siggy!

Happy for you!! Lots of twinkies arriving on JM in October!
One-time "I'm NEVER having kids!" woman to mama of 11. Love living the beautiful life I thought I never wanted. ♥

Also missing 11 precious little ones here with us but for a moment.

VERY cautiously expecting after two losses early 2013. Hoping and praying my Valentine's Day due date baby sticks this time.

Welcome and congrats. I always forget to post here, but I too am expecting b/g twins. I am due in August.

Maybe I can ease your fears a tiny bit, although every woman is different. With my DD (singleton), I had a lot of problems. I had preterm labour starting at 23 weeks, 3mths of bed rest, a shortened cervix (2cm vs 4cm). I just had so many complications, as my body hated being pregnant.

I will tell you that at almost 27 weeks this pregnancy has been SO much easier, and with a lot less complications. My cervix is short (2cm), but they think that it is just naturally short. I do get monitored by us and appointment every 2-3 weeks, which is also mind easing. I had some contractions the last few days due to being slightly dehydrated (Always drink a ton of water. It makes a HUGE difference).

Anyways, congrats and try not to worry too much. The only thing I can say that is different between the twins and my DD... is that I am way bigger than I was with DD a lot faster, and I am a lot more uncomfortable than I was with DD at this point.
