cd6 Sunday- Great workout 1.5 hours & got my water in. can't remember how I ate tho :/

cd7Monday- Couldn't get my HR up at home so went for a 45 min skate. Hated it. Cold & windy. HR was super high. Be careful what you wish for
Only got 6 cups water

cd8Tuesday- Got my water in and then some- finally Ate decent.

cd9Wed- 60 min cardio & arm toning, got water in.
****** as all heck tho!

cd10Thursday- 30 minute walk.. was going to do more today but freaked out over SA. I dont even think i got my water in b/c I was being such a drama queen

cd11Friday- 1 hr 50min cardio with arm toning. I don't know about water... think so. Food was good today

cd12 sat- nothing.. pouting count?

cd13 sunday- 1 hr 50 min again.

cd14 monday- IUI day so nothing

After IUI

1dpiui cd15 tuesday- nothing... but ate decent and got water in.

2dpiui wed nothing

3dpiui thur 40 min cardio

4dpiui fri 1 hr cardio - toning arms 40 min gardening 730cal

5dpiui sat

6 dpiui sun 1hr cardio with arms 30 min gardening 700 calories

7dpiui nothin'

8dpiui Tues 60 min skate outside. Finally lost that stupid 5 pounds! Five to go!!

9dpiui wed- 60 min cardio with arms that feel weird now
10 thurs- break
11 fri- 50 min cardio with arms 30 min gardening 700 cal
12 sat

This cycle I exercised Day 1,3,4,5,6,7,9,10,11,13,17,18,20

Side note: when I was TTC before I worked out hard but over the last 6 months its been less and less... SO I am wondering if thats why I am not responding to femara as well as clomid so this cycle is an experiment as well as hopefully get my weight down.
