We've asked her doctor and cardiologist this and they didn't have any answers.

She's got Aeortic Stenosis and generally pressure builds up in the valve over time. So what can you do to stop the build up of pressure or reduce it. I'm always worried that we don't eat a good diet but her cardio says let her eat whatever she wants to eat within reason [IE: don't eat fast food daily, or fatty/sugar foods non-stop, etc]. It just always kinda worried me because until she started eating solids [9 months] the pressure was always the same. Since then it has increased at each visit. it is still not alarming but enough to see them more often. A friend of ours, has this among other stuff and she never binks an eye and see's her cardio every few years. Then again she's also in her 30s not 2 years old!

So yeah this is probably a silly question but ya know! We stick to heart friendly foods as much as possible...but we still eat fast food and eat stuff that is generally not good for you.

I think all you can do is just continue what you are doing. Every heart kid is different and some of the require more treatment than others.

Thanks to Claire1979 for the amazing siggy.
