ok, this is STefanie, my 20 month old bites hard, and i know that when they do it, your supposed to ignore it because they crave the negative attention... However, My son bites hard, like hard enough to rip skin hard...
Is there anyone out here with any kind of Idea to teach him it's not ok... because the other thing is, if you tell him no or that it hurts, he laughs and does it again... Please Help

I hope you found the toddler room to ask about biting. I know it is not fun to deal with as mine does it too sometimes. I just tell him no and make sure that he realizes I am serious and then I put him in time out and after 1 minute I tell him that he has to be a good boy and that biting is bad. Good Luck!! Welcome to JM, I am sure that you will find yourself at home here as this is a great place to be!!
