My dh & i have been bc free for 8 yrs. I do have endo but dr said it is not our issue. I ov normal with mostly reg cycles. My dh used steroids many yrs ago.... does a man sperm production recover over time? He is 32 won't go get tested but i did manage to get him to take a testosterone supplement. Hope his mood/ energy improves .dont think he wants to face the fact he may have hurt our chance to have a family. Any suggestions?

Straight testosterone is not a good idea because it tells his body to stop making sperm.
however there are supplements such as clomid and HCG which increase his own natural testosterone and increase sperm count .Maca is a good natural supplement which regulates hormones.

It isn't pure testosterone. It is a supplement to boost testosterone. I would never use pure form unless dr orders. Our jobs keeps us stretched out & his energy, mood & libido aren't that good. Hope it will help that
