I feel like I could look at girl names all day, but we've had our girl name picked out since we were only together a month. It's the boy names that really wear me out! I'm convinced I'm going to have a boy, but I just get so tired of looking at boys names, and so quickly! Does anyone have any ideas on how to renew my interests in finding a boys name?

TIA!

are you finding out the gender? Maybe wait till you know and then it will make it easier to look at names for the one you are having.

If I were you, I'd take a break from looking and thinking about baby names. You have a while to go, and you're going to just wear your brain out with the whole process. I know I sure did... and we didn't come up with Isabel's name until the day before she was born, and weren't 100% set in stone with it until I filled out her social security papers in the hospital.

So, my advice is to take a break from it all. After you find out the gender (if you're doing that) then SLOWLY come back into the naming world, but don't put any pressure on yourself. You'll find the perfect name, people always do!

Good luck & congrats on this pregnancy!

Not me. I have a hundred boy names I like and only 3-4 girls names depending on the day.

Yeah, I'm hoping that when I find out the gender, if it is a boy, I will have a renewed interest in names. Thanks for the advice

Wishing you the best! If you're going to find out the gender, I'd just wait until then. Sometimes it helps to take a break from looking at names. With our second son, DH refused to look at my name list more than once until we found out the gender. He said he was tired and needed a break. Once we found out the gender, he was excited again about finding the "perfect" name.
