I really like the name Avery for a girl. However, I'm not a huge fan of unisex names. When I see a name written on paper, I like to know if it is a boy or a girl. So, does anyone suggest any alternative spellings that would make it definitively female. Or should I just give up on this name. Thanks for all opinions!

The only spelling i like is Avery, and i only like it on a boy. I don't care for unisex names either so i wouldnt use it either, there are lots of feminine names that arent overly frilly like

I prefer the spelling Avery...other ways of spelling it are:
Averi, Averie,Avry,Averey, Avrey, Avry, Avary

Hoping for my own miracle soon!

I agree with this.

If you like Avery, but want a name that is definitely female:
