I'd pronounce it Rehm-ee-ul.. with the first sound being like Remington.

I think it's cute, but I don't really like names that can be pronounced a lot of different ways. I don't mind so much if people mispronounce the name because they didn't read it right (i.e. ariadne ), but I dislike when a name can reasonably be pronounced several different ways. It just makes it such a PITA.

As someone who speaks French and knows that miel in French is honey, it screams feminine to me. I would say them rem-me-elle or ram-me-elle.

Most love it, some dont. But who cares what people think. I dont like some of the popular names so I went with different. Plus the meaning is awesome.

nms - I am not a huge fan of names that can be pronounced so many different ways that you are constantly correcting. But I do love the meaning!

If I just read it I would think it was Rem-EeL
