Honest opinions on the name Natalie?

We are having a really hard time with girl names so I was just thinking that since the middle name if we have a girl will be my middle name (Renee) that it'd be sweet if she had a first name after her daddy (Nathan).

Her full name would be Natalie Renee Manning.

I love Natalie, and think you made a great combo! Natalia is another option... that is actually a top 3 contender if our next is a girl.

I like it, you could also spell it Nathalie to continue the "Nath-" thing, but I prefer the Natalie spelling. Very pretty either way.

I don't love Natalie as I prefer names less common, however I like that it would be kind of like naming her after her Daddy.

I usually only lurk on this board from time to time, but I had to comment on this post. I'm a little biased since DD's name is Natalie, but I love it. One of the reasons why we chose it is because DH's name is also Nathan. I love that she has a name similar to his. Also, I know that it has grown in popularity, but IRL, I don't know any other little girls named Natalie. Our only problem is that we are expecting our 2nd daughter and I have no clue what her name will be!!!

My daughter is Natalie. I love it. And it's great to use it after her daddy. Nathan is also one of my favorite names. I think Natalie Renee is a great combo.

Thanks to cavewoman for my beautiful siggy!

I like the name Natalie and it sounds really good with the middle name and your last name. I also know a really sweet girl named Natalie, which makes me like the name even more.
Thank you, Marriedc, for my gorgeous siggy!
