Gwen, by far. Wren is a name I've never really liked, no particular reason really...just sounds harsh to me.

Gwen. Wren sounds like Ren which is a boy's name and also from Ren and Stimpy (if anyone else is as old and twisted as I am to remember Ren & Stimpy fondly )

I think Wren is really cute. A guilty pleasure name for me, cuz I wouldn't likely use it. But I do like Gwen and would consider it as an nn option with Gwenyth.

Gwen if it's short for something. Wren if they are both the full names. Wouldn't use either, but they are cute.
