My daughter's name is McKinley and so far the only girl name for this baby that DH and I have agreed on is McKenna. Do you think that it is too similar? Or do you think it would be ok?

I think it's ok since they end so differently. Maybe consider spelling it Makenna so they don't look so alike in writing?

I agree with the other ladies it is ok as then end differently but I feel like you may be setting yourself up for more (you will probably do it anyway) calling them by the others name with such a similar beginning

I think it's too close too.

Maybe go with Kenna or Kennedy or Kendra? The end is far enough away, but the Mc part is a bit overwhelming.
