I gave birth to my son 7 weeks ago. Learned very quickly that having a baby also meant being seriously sleep deprived. I've noticed that some nights, I'm so tired I get twitchy. It's like I can't sit still, my legs keeps shaking and I feel like I need to get up and go for a run. Is this normal? How can I deal with this (I know, I know, try to get some rest... easier said than done! )

Do your legs get tingley and you just cant get comfy as well?
If it really becomes bothersome I would go see your doctor about it... Restless Leg Syndrome could be a factor.
