Ok, so I think I've always had semi bad circulation, my hands and feet are always cold (and so are my mom's, so i'm guessing it's genetic), but this past year it's worse.

I did smoke for about a year, but lightly, and haven't in a year. I do use an ecig, but find mixed reviews on medical sites on whether it has any effect on circulation. None of the doctors I've asked have had an answer either way. I cut back on using it a few times, but have really bad anxiety, and it's the only thing that helps during an attack.

I did get minor frost bite on my toes about 11 years ago, so they act up in the winter. But this is summer...

It's 70 something Fahrenheit outside, and I took the kids to play for about 15 mins. By the time we got home, my feet were completely numb, like they'd be in negative temperatures, and my toes were a bit blue.

So, does anyone have bad circulation, or know what should be done for this? My insurance will only work at the emergency room, or my pcp (who is over 3 hours away), so I can't go ask her. I'm worried, but don't want to sit in the emergency room for 12 hours for no reason (or for them to not be able to tell me anything).

You have to go and see a doctor for a full medical checkup, because these may be symptoms of quite a serious disease. I know that blood circulation issues often means there are problems with heart and blood vessels. I’ve found this Chest pain? Heart attack? Do not be late to protect your Heart! recently and want to buy this device so I could check my heart at home. After all, we all are in a risk group after we turn 35.

I agree with MsRoe, just get yourself checked up completely without any delay.
