Okay i found out recently i have carpal tunnle due to me being pregnant it's has gotten worse to the point the splint isn't helping me & i'm not being able to sleep my hand goes from being numb in to having pains where i can't even write with my hand and the sad thing is i'm left handed and also i work in a grocery store as a cashier not even sure what to do at this point any ideas on what i can try to do to releive some of the pain & numbness ? i'm at the point to try anything thanks a bunch Shelli

Can you get a referral from your MD to see a Occupational Therapists--they can use things like ultrasound, cold laser (not a surgery type laser) and special exercises and stretches to help relieve the pain. If time is an issue--you could set up 1 appt. and see if they can give you stuff to do at home. Good luck!
