I have Chronic Constipation and i think i have a hemroid. I dont have insurance right now so i cant go to the doctor. Heres the symptoms...

There is something prutruding from my butthole. looks sorta like the inside is commin out. and after i go to the bathroom is seems to go away

its so hard to pass a bowel movement. feels like it gets stuck right before it comes out. and its really skinny.

idk what to do about it because i usually have straining to go to the bathroom. please help

Yep... the first part definitely sounds like a hem. Just use PrepH and get a LOT of fiber/water as well as a stool softener. Eat things like cheerios, beans, dark leafy greens (like a salad made with romaine lettuce), and try getting the whole grain versions (not whole wheat) of foods you'd normally eat white (crackers, breads, pastas, etc.). Having a very thin poop could be a sign of something more serious like diverticulitus or a blockage. Make sure your poop isn't streaked with dark blood (there may be some bright red blood if you break the hem. when straining, but darker blood would be older and from the inside), and make sure it's not tar-black in color. If the fiber/water doesn't help ease that up, you should really see a doc - even if it's a free clinic. Use laxatives as a last resort because they can make the problem more painful than it was and stimulants can irritate the bowels.
