do you count as spiritual, and which do you count as commercial?

Presents are obviously commercial I guess, and attending a service or saying prayers is also obviously spiritual.

What about the grey areas? Having a tree and putting up decorations? Having a feast and/or eating treats? Sending cards?

From what I've read online, gift giving has been part of the Yule/Festive celebrations for ions. It's only recently that man-kind has turned it into a commercial, money spending, disgusting trend. It's not about the thought anymore, but how much you spent. It makes me so sad.

I want to try and keep it all spiritual. There's a lot of thought that goes into my gifts, and while I sometimes can't help but to go a bit over board with Nevaeh, I still prefer to give much more than receive.

The feasting is spiritual for me. It's all about the love and bringing the family together

The tree is spiritual for me as well. It bring back SO many memories and the roots behind the tree means a lot to me
