Do you journal as a part of your daily practice? If so, in what ways do you find it valuable? If not, why not?

I plan to. I have 2 journals that I picked out weeks ago, just haven't started. I'm not sure what is holding me back either, but I think it has reason behind it so I am following what I feel. I know the need to write will come and that will be when I am supposed to start.

I have a journal for dreams as well as just personal spiritual thought.

I did but mostly for my thoughts and feelings on other things plus spiritual stuff.

However, right now Im concentrating on doing a blog to keep my thoughts and feelings down on. Spiritually I will probably start writing down in my regular journal while my blog is for stuff dealing with home life things.

I have found that when I write stuff down I can get a better handle on my emotions and such about that topic. It doesnt really make things easier for me but I can gain a better understanding.

I used to. I have a journal right now that has barely been written in. I have some from when I was age 13-16 I love looking at them and reading how naive I was lol!

I haven't kept a real journal since my early 20's. I keep a TTC journal, but that's about it.

I've tried to start them... but never seem to keep up with it.

I have my BoS and I only put positive things in there, my thoughts can be negative at times and I don't like journaling anything negative. I prefer to do affirmations and energy work to clear negative stuff away from me.

I did in highschool. Ive kept a journal of my readings and sincronicities but have fallen away from that too. I do notice more when I write them down. Id like to get this habit going again.

I am peace, full of unconditional love. I am confident and in tune with the Divine, receptive to guidance.
