I only got 4hrs sleep last night with a certain teething baby, but with all the jobs I have to do I couldn't bear to do NOTHING today, being unable to face any mental work such as readings or jobseeking I decided to try and get a bit of the clearing out done.

I tackled my books and DVDs today along with other odd bits and bats from the dumping ground that is the boxroom. Ugh what a horrible job. Covered in dust now which has provoked my asthma on top of being so tired! This is all because I was in no state/mood to clear out or do a car boot sale last year so it's 2 years worth of unused or done-with stuff.

Do you keep on top of your clearing out?

I try to...I will admit I am not good at it, but I try. I did a beautiful spring clean a few weeks ago and I swear the apt is still shining from it

Oh I so feel you Sharon. I am SHOCKING at keeping on top of junk and now I am almost frantic about trying to clear my house out at the moment. I have so much I need to let go of.

My kitchen, dining and lounge rooms are done, as is the spare room but now I have to do our bedroom which is beyond atrocious and the back annexe which is a dumpign ground. It doesn't help that my hubby is even worse than me and leaves stuff in piles everywhere. I have told him this time if I give it to him to put away and he doesn't then next time I find it I am going to put it in the bin.

The spare room is the worst in our house as well, I started on it yesterday but there's still all under the bed to do and I know there are broken toys and toys Daniel won't play with under there, but also toys he asks for from time to time so have to be really mindful when sorting that out.
