First off my question

For domestic infant adoptions: Whats the best thing to put in your biography.
I was told pictures of you and your extended family.
And I have ALOT OF THOSE!!!
Me and all my extended family are waaaay tight.

But what else, like I know our personal stories.
But what makes up a good biography book??

And now for my good news: Because adoption is going to take so long, DH and I made an agreement! We start the process once I finish my first year of nursing school!!!!

Which is a long time away, but its very nice to have a goal in mind!

I still havent' started any process, so I can't answer your question, but I think it's great that DH said you can start the process after your first year of school!

Thank you to the wonderful ladies who mad the blinkies!

"The Lord compensates the faithful for every loss. That which is taken away from those who love the Lord will be added unto them in His own way. While it may not come at the time we desire, the faithful will know that every tear today will eventually be returned a hundredfold with tears of rejoicing and gratitude..... These experiences, while often difficult to bear at the time, are percisely the kinds of experiences that stretch our understanding, build our character and increase our compassion for others."

I would make it a "story" book. So put in pictures of things you enjoy doing. Pictures of your house and stuff liek that. Pictures of your family and extended family. Then write about each of those things.

For instance, "We love to be outside when the weather is nice. We enjoy going to the lake, the beach, hiking, feeding the ducks, to the pumpkin patch in the fall and lots of other fun things outside."

Or "Our family is very important to us. We spend a lot of time with them doing...."

You get the idea. Basically tell the story of your life now and such. Oh and GREAT idea to get through at least one year of nursing school. I'm in it now and it's HARD as a parent to be in school too. It's much harder than I expected! But anything can be done that you put your mind to do!

Thank you to AlexAiden Mommy for my beautiful siggie!
