DH and I have gotten to the point where we have 4 applications from 4 different agencies. All are filled out and we are ready to pay the application fee and mail away ONE of the forms. But we are frozen because we can't seem to pick an agency to move forward with. It's such a huge leap of faith. How did you pick your agency??

Sorry that I can't help with that. I'd say, knowing your faith, spend a lot of time praying about it. If you have ACTUALLY spoken with people at each agency, which did you feel the best about when talking with them? If you haven't, I'd do that first. Also, do you have friends or friends of friends who have done this before and you could talk to those people? It is nice to hear directly from someone who can give you their personal experiences.

Good luck!!

Thank you to AlexAiden Mommy for my beautiful siggie!

We chose our agency solely based on the fact that it's associated with our church and the fees are lower because our church subsidizes the cost.

No matter where you end up going, make sure you feel comfortable there. If you don't feel comfortable with your caseworker, request a new one. Good luck in your decision.
