Ok, it's been 3 weeks and I've lost 15 of my 35 pounds that I gained durring pregnancy. I know that it was all baby and water, but darn if that doesn't feel good anyways!

I have 20 lbs to go and then I'll be back to pre-preggo weight: 155 lbs

Then I'd like to lose another 20-30 lbs so I can get back to pre-college weight

thanks - losing weight it tough - I still have a long way to go and I'm sure that going back to work will only slow that progress down.

I'm just starting to get back into exercising. My stomach muscles aren't quite ready for any real exercise, so I just walk and I do 10 mini crunches a day. Once I start, Conner and I are doing Mommy and Me Yoga.

That's awesome, Ashby! That's huge progess. What kind of exercises do you do?

I was going to start my baby workout today, but Conner has had some bad gas today (I'll have to think of what I ate yesterday and not eat it again!)

I'll have to start tomorrow morning

Nothing really......just walking Emma to and from school, going up and down the stairs for diaper changes! I have a pregnancy pattern now.....I gain alot of weight, but I have been able to drop it fairly fast. I want to start the mommy and me swimming when Cadence turns 3 months.
