Sorry about being MIA yesterday.....I was so busy!

Emma had the day off school yesterday, and took forever getting ready for her dad's house.....then Cadence had a doctors appointment (which went well......she's up to 10lbs 8.5oz already!)......then I had to go to my work to pick up the camera I won......then spent the day at the mall!

The thing that sucked the most about going shopping yesterday was that all the highschools got out at noon and ALL the teenagers decided to go to the mall (with no money BTW) to walk around! They even crowded the food court (and they were not even eating!) so there was actually line ups for the TABLES !

I had to freak on a few of them who thought that hanging out in the family washrooms (they have an area for BF'ing and a change station) would be cool, and almost refused to leave........let's just say that it's a good thing that Cadence doesn't know what mommy is saying yet

Ha ha! Your mall experience sounds a lot like mine! I couldnt help but laugh really hard and almost pee on myself when I read your post! Glad I'm not the only one who despises the teeny-boppers who hangout at the mall !

I just hate how they have NO respect for anybody or anything. I was a bad teenager but atleast when I saw a mother with her kids or older people coming I'd atleast move out of their way, or open the door for them, etc.

kids are so different these days. I, too, was quite the naughty teenager. But I at least had some respect for adults. Way to yell at those snots! I was bf'ing in the mall the other day when a pair of teenage girls gave me a dirty look. Reflexes took over and I flipped them off and made an off-handed comment on how they would soon be teenage moms who would be doing the same thing soon. Needless to say, the comment was enough to scare them off. Malls are annoying enough this time of you without dealing with crappy kids

LMAO - girl you crack me up - i wish i could have seen their faces when you said that to them!

i agree though, i was your typical teen, but i always opened doors for people and even gave up my table a few times for people with children or old people. what happened to the teens today - are parents not teaching respect or what???

I don't think that they are getting taught respect. It seems like parents are just trying to be best friends with their kids as opposed to disciplining them.

i think you're right, i see that a lot where moms and daughters are out together being "friends" rather than mother and daughter - and i can tell cuz of what the daughters and moms are wearing!! i swear i saw a little girl the other day (maybe 11-12 yrs old) and her mom both were wearing like little tiny mini skirts! they looked like matching hookers.

I hate kids today (lol... I sound old... I'm only 20). I have always at least held a door open or given up a seat. So help me my son better not be like that... I'm going to try my darndest to teach him respect and I hope it takes!

I'm sure he'll grow up with proper manners. All it takes is a bit of effort and consistancy to teach a kid.

You rock!
