I have two! A 5.5 quart one with a timer, and a 3 quart pot for smaller recipes and soups.

I've never used a crock pot, but I've always wanted to. My stepmother used to make sloppy joes in a crock pot and they were soooo good.

I have a medium sized one. I generally use it for roasts. This weekend, though, I made pulled pork and chicken breasts in it (for my poppyseed chicken recipe). I have 2 cookbooks devoted to crock pot cooking too.

Thank you, peimum, for my beautiful siggy!

I have one and I love it! I use it for soups, roasts, chili, dips. It is a life saver for a Mom like me working full time out of the home.

I have several cookbooks that only have crock pot recipes in them. Wish I could remember their names so I could tell you!

We use my mom's crock pot from the 70s. It's bright orange. But it works! I use it a lot when I think ahead.

We have two crock pots as well. One is small and one is medium to large. We don't use it as often as we should, but aren't afraid to use it and could use more crock pot recipes. I can't wait to try the London Broil one!!! Haven't made it yet, but sounds good!!!!

I also have two crock pots, and we're getting a new "Smart Pot" (with the timers and gizmos and whatever) as a house warming gift, so I'd be more than happy to pass on either (or both) of the two I have if there's someone here that needs one. I am in love with the crockpot. It is my friend. This is probably how I ended up with two.
Definition (Webster's 2006) of "MandiK":
A 20something, graduate student, college prof, tree hugging, time managing, coupon addicted, cosmetic selling, dirt worshipping, girl who is in love with Ben and welcomed Sofie Grace on 1/31/11.

I have 4...LOL! I use my crockpot (s) ALOT in the colder months. I'd love to find some recipes for the warmer months so I can continue to use it!
