Talk about waiting 'til the last minute, it's 11:35 and I just got home from Albertson's, shopping this weeks excellent deals.

Bertolli sauces were on 3/$5. I got 6 and had $1 off coupons for each, so $4 cash. Then I got a $3 OYNO, so $1 for six jars!

I'm brand loyal to I Can't Believe It's Not Butter, it seemed like a good deal to me: $1 per tub, get a $3 OYNO catalina WYB 7. I bought 14, so $8 OOP. My freezer is stuffed. We're investing in a small chest freezer, it will definitely pay for itself in short order.

Regular price: $53
OOP $9

Savings: $44 or 83%

On a side note, I LOVE LOVE LOVE my Albertson's. They're so friendly, and never give me coupon trouble. Anytime something doesn't ring up right, the manager comes straight over and fixes it, no questions asked.

The only thing I'm mad about with Albertson's is that they have abolished thier card, and there isn't an alternative for UPromise. I was there yesterday and found out that they didn't do what Kash N Karry did when they became Sweetbay (got UPromise cards to give to their customers so they can continue their college savings). They said that I have to call UPromise and request a card for myself to be sent. Whatever; I'd rather just go across the street or up the street three miles to the next Publix, who also has UPromise cards for their customers... UGH! I left a cart of stuff for them to put away when I found that out... but I wasn't about to spend money and not get the savings...
