Have you ever used canned pumpkin to help firm your dogs stool? What about for constipation?
(Funny, it works both ways)

Canned pumpkin is also used for weight control, and some folks add it to their dogs diet to deter the dog from stool eating.
Have you ever used canned pumpkin for any of these reasons?

Yes to all except the stool eating I have never had a problem with that so no need to correct it. But it works great on diarrhea, constipation, adn is fiber filled so helps to feed doggie up if they are on a diet with minimal calories (so do green beans). I always keep 2-3 cans of pumpkin in my cupboard along with 3-4 jars of meat baby food, and a container of plain yogurt in the freezer for doggie emergencies.
