Do you trim your dogs whiskers/does a groomer trim them? Or do you keep them long?

I've worked for many a breeder and show handler, and we used to keep their whiskers trimmed down to their face... It looks a lot cleaner. I keep my dogs whiskers trimmed at all times.

I have never heard of cutting dog's whiskers. No, we leave them as is...although Boxers have short ones anyway so I don't think I could cut them if I wanted to.

I've never heard of trimming whiskers either. My dogs whiskers are just their natural length.

I do not like it myself. DH used to trim Smokie's all the time, I hated it. He does the same to Fluff. He says they look neater.

And Casper has a white hair that grows long on the end of his tail and this hair annoys the crap out of DH hes constantly cutting it. lol

Thank you *Kiliki* for my gorgeous siggie!

I don't trim Caesars whiskers, I didn't realize they needed to be. He goes to the groomers about every 6 or so weeks so perhaps they do it there.

~*Thank you *Sharon*
for my awesomely awesome siggy!!*~
