I've never used this but from what I understand it's purified water with fluoride added and you just use it straight, no boiling required. HTH

you don't have to boil it, it's bottled ready to use.

however, the last nutritionist that we spoke to (because where we lived at the time had nasty water) said not to use it because babies do not need the extra flouride. said we were better off using regular bottled water or filtered tap water.

It is not necessary, from what I have heard.

It depends on you area's water system, but we use tap water. There is no need to boil it, because we have a city water system.

I have heard that it is cheaper to buy regular bottled water, if you can't use tap water.

I use it, but just for the consistency and DH's peace of mind. I've used regular filtered water from our fridge though as well. She loves that it's a little on the cool side and as long as it's filtered it's usually okay. The biggest time to be concerned is if you have well water in which case it can become contaminated and you may not know right away. That said, we lived off of well water for 23 years and never had trouble even once while the local city was constantly telling people to boil their water because it was contaminated again. I'm a lot more trusting of unboiled well water than I am straight city water.

we use Gerber baby water. It does not have the added fluoride that Nursery Water has.. And I think Gerber water is a few cents cheaper than Nursery Water... not that it really makes a difference...
