Isabel loves avocado.

We do it mashed up by iteself, or mixed with a banana.

Carter likes avocado, I usually mix it with a a little plain or vanilla yogurt.

I also read a recipe today that was yogurt, a hard boiled egg yolk and avocado, talk about super nutrition!
I haven't tried it yet though. I need to boil some eggs.

I haven't tried avocado yet, mainly because his ped said "no" cause of the fat in it (Ronan is a BIG baby, weighing at 6mths what his brother weighed at one year.). But I think I'm going to try it, anyway. A little every now and then can't hurt I suppose. His brother LOVED it when he was a baby. I used to mix it with plain yogurt or sour cream and would even sometimes add a little powdered garlic (just a little) to enhance the flavor.
Thank you, AlexKatieAiden Mommy, for my siggy!
