thank you - i myself am having a hard time deciding what time of day to give her her first solids. i will be doing solids only once or so a day for quite a while since i want breastmilk to stay the main source of nutrition.

That's a great website! I don't think I'm giving Dylan enough milk according to that though. He nurses when he wakes up, has two 8 oz bottles during the day, and then nurses again before he goes to bed--but he's not on as long. I wonder if I should give him a third bottle?

^^^ if he seems happy i wouldn't change anything. Landon gets only 4 bottles a day and he is practicing with a sippy cup with water(but doesn't get much out)
