When you baby has solids, where do they sit?
In a highchair?
On your lap?
In a Bumbo, etc?

Joel sits in his big sister's high chair, without the tray. He can sit up really straight there and I don't care if it gets really messy.
Hi, I'm Sara. I used to post here a lot when I was having the kids, but life got busy and it's been years since I was around. Now I'm back, and happy to be here.

Kirsty always sits in her high chair for her food. To begin with we used the bouncy chair though. She knows that going in her high chair, means it is a mealtime.

How about Joel?

Mischa sits in her highchair, and Zach sits in his booster seat at the table.

Brylie got a hairchair for Christmas. I haven't started solids yet but when I do she will be in her high chair.

Jacob goes in his highchair for meals at home. Grandma doesn't have anything at her house though so usually he'll be on someone's lap during meal time and whoever is holding him is stuck giving him little pieces of food.

We also did the bouncy seat really early on. When DS was born we lived in a tiny apartment for the first few months and didn't have room for the highchair. Or we would slouch down on the couch and put our knees up, put his back against our knees and he'd be sitting up!

Always her highchair unless there isn't one available. Then she sits on our lap.

*Thank you so much to Jaidynsmum for my beautiful siggy!*
