My son's ped. told me today to put my son on a high fibre diet because he has poop problems. We've tried numerous things and this is our last resort.
What are some baby foods that are high in fibre?
His ped. told me oatmeal, white grapes, prunes and pears. What else?

I have a baby food book that says good sources of fibre include wheat bran, beans, lentils and most fruits and vegetables.
