I don't know hon I can't work it out, I asked Ashley last week but she hasn't got round to replying.

Ok I worked it out. Click the community tab. Then look up top for a link that says "find members". Then put in the member's username. When you get on to their profile page, there's a link to "add as friend". After that, on your homepage, you have a "Friends" tab so you can check in with each other and give encouragement.

If you want to add me I'm LadyValkyrie on there, or you could just tell me your username?

What's your favorite thing about MyFitnessPal? I've been using Active.com to track my running...but nothing to track my food. Considering what I ate last night...at least I didn't gain (which means still not loosing). I do a modified low carb diet - as in I cheat sometimes, but it's mostly veggies and lean meats. For the most part, it works well for me.

Running doesnt hurt either

I still recorded it, you can see what I ate on MFP.

yeah I'm fine it's just I'd been shopping for several things at once and the bank put a stop on my card for "fraud prevention" after 5 transactions, and I'd gone to the garage to put fuel in my car and then couldn't pay for it, and even after I called the fraud hotline to confirm the transactions were all me, it could take up to 2 hours for the stop to come off my card. It was so embarrassing and humiliating, I ended up storming into the bank and having a blazing row about it. I was so peed off.

I actually didn't go horrendously over that day but I did go over. I had a pasty and a cake for lunch. Still sometimes you've got to have a treat and that day I REALLY needed it.
