milk : I have a cup of skim milk at least once a day
cheese: Maybe 3 days out of the week Ill have some cheese. It varies greatly.
breakfast: Bran flakes when I conceived both kids, but this week had to switch to chex mix which makes me sad. Lol We do pancakes once a week.
red meat: I was on a "white meat" only kick for a while when I found out I was pregnant with daughter. But after morning sickness with her got a bad adversion to poultry so then mainly ate red meat when pregnant with Mason. Now I eat both
white meat :
veggy : I try to eat at least one type of veggy at supper. I was eating very healthy before getting pregnant with Natalie so I ate a lot of veggies then.
takeaways often: We try to limit it to 3 times a week max. Sometimes better some times worse. Before Natalie rarely did, before Mason I did quite a bit.
chocolate: I go through phases, but generally don't eat it very often.
coffee: Cappuccino (the mix kind) drank a cup a day when conceived both kids.
coke: Again. have my phases were I'll drink them every day for a couple of weeks and then none for a few months.
tea: drink tea at least once a day. green tea, black tea, white tea, herbal tea.
potatoes: Don't eat a lot of potatoes
pasta: Don't eat pasta often either
snacks: random things... gold fish crackers, chips and salsa, veggies, toast with jelly
eggs: I didn't eat eggs until after Mason came. Now I eat them 3 meals a week.
often on a diet: Yes
what gender children do you have: girl and boy
did you take pre vits before your children: started taking them after BFP with natalie. Stopped taking them after Mason was 3 months old.
do you exercise and how much: Not recently.
was your children planned: NTNP
did you stay in bed after bd when you concieve your child: I think I did with Natalie, not sure with Mason.
did you have big o: I o-ed a week or two late with Natalie and didn't know when it happened. With Mason I thought we were fine because we had dtd 5 days before I o-ed and three days after. The two months before we had dtd the day of o and were fine. I knew exactly when I o-ed with him.

I was thinking more about this. I vividly remember not being able to stand chicken when I was pregnant with my son. I'm a big meat eater, so this was a problem. I actually ended up eating mostly carbs since it was the only thing I could keep down for the first 5 months (lucky me).

After him, I'm still not much of a chicken eater, but I do like it. I just noticed that from when before I got pregnant, I was a much more protein oriented eater. When I got pregnant, I couldn't stand protein only, and then after, I'm back to my protein.

Who knows...but your questionaire got me thinking
